This DVD set offers a full six hours worth of teaching on a variety of topics. Garry and Melissa share their own incredible personal testimonies along with practical teachings on how churches, ministers and leaders can effectively help people within their congregations who are struggling with sexual and relational struggles.
It is not enough to offer platitudes or simply throw Bible verses at people who are struggling. They already know they are in a sinful pit, and unfortunately most often church is the last place people will come with their struggles and hurts and be willing to ask for help.
Our vision is to change this. The Christian church across America should be many healing hospitals, where sexually and relationally broken people of every variety should be able to come to find help, to find healing, to find restoration. We need to change the culture of our congregations where people show up and pretend all is “fine” when it definitely isn’t, and enable people to be real, authentic and honest about their struggles and find the help and healing that the church is uniquely qualified and positioned to provide to people.
