?The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore, beseech with the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest."

LUKE 10:2

Renewed Strength for a Compelling Call

Dear Friends & Ministry Partners,

Entering 2026 feels like standing at the edge of something God has been building since the founding of Transforming Congregations. The momentum over the last few years, the focused energy of late 2025 and the overwhelming response to our largest year-end matching challenge?has given us real runway to strengthen operations, expand our digital reach and engagement, as well as the first steps toward the team growth we?ve long prayed for.

Yet the need we see every day remains sobering and pressing. Believers are quietly battling sexual compulsion, identity confusion, pornography, relational wounds, and the deeper ache of feeling unknown and unloved?even within the Methodist Church. Sadly, convinced if they took the risk to confess and be known in their shame and sin, no one would ever want to spend time with them, or they would always be labeled by their sin struggle.

Time waits for no one; the harvest is plentiful but laborers are few. As you read in our title Scripture - we are told to pray to the Lord of the Harvest and He will send out laborers. That?s just what we?ve been doing ? and many of you have been praying with us. It?s impossible to fully express how grateful I am for the new and gifted men and women God has brought to Transforming Congregations, a couple as employees and others as contractors who love Jesus and love the ministry He has entrusted to our care.

As some of you know, for many years, I was the only one working for Transforming Congregations ? juggling speaking events and travel, research, and writing, preparing PowerPoint slide decks, responding to ministry email, handling financials, answering phones, and meeting with hurting people for advice and prayer. I loved all of it, but we could only go so far and grow to a very limited point. Then we added a part-time assistant role that quickly became full-time. Then a marketing and storytelling genius who really took us to the next level of quality and presentation for what TC was all about. It was incredible to see how each role and each person was needed at just the right time.

Two weeks ago, all our new hires and contractors were finally on board, and we gathered together in a virtual meeting to kick off our full team, guided by our work and ministry for 2026. Counting myself, there were seven of us on the screen, and my wife (who does a lot of teaching and behind the scenes work) was not present, nor was my son (who edits our weekly podcast). So, nine people in all make up our team (most very part time), with specific skills and gifts, raised up by God for such a time as this. I am so incredibly grateful to God, but also to you for your faithful generosity to TC!

Q1 Momentum: What God is Doing Now

None of these positions are luxuries?they are essential if we?re to equip thousands of churches and leaders at the scale needed to effectively address and engage the depth of relational and sexual brokenness that not only binds the broader culture, but countless Christians as well.

We will also be testing out a new AI website assistant that Pray has developed and made available to us ? trained on all our content and providing an interactive experience for visitors who desire to engage and ask questions. Our goal is to encourage people beyond behavior management to heart-level healing. And believe it or not, AI assistants are often engaged with very deeply, very quickly. As the questions and ?conversation? progress our AI will be trained to encourage connection to me or others within our ministry, as far superior and more meaningful engagement.

Honest Reflection & Testimonies of Breakthrough

We celebrate these advances, but we also feel the weight: vast numbers of men, women, and youth are surviving on relational crumbs, turning to counterfeits because authentic love has rarely been experienced or feels completely out of reach. In their longing for something/anything meaningful, junk food feels better than no food. Yet God is moving. Fresh testimonies echo what we hear regularly:

These few examples represent countless stories that fuel our joy as well as our urgency: Encouragement is readily available. Healing and growth are more than just possible. The Church is designed by God, to be the place of real belonging and transformation that Jesus has made a way for. He calls us to healing within the context of community.

I hope you appreciate the message below, as an example of the kind of response we often hear from pastors and leaders during and following one of our ministry events. This testimony is from a pastor that experienced the ministry of Transforming Congregations in early 2026.

We had the privilege of hosting Garry Ingraham for a week of events leading up to a conference entitled, ?Defending Your Castle: Strategies for Making Your Marriage and Family Battle Ready.?  We as a church were in a season of studying spiritual warfare and wanted some helpful insights in applying the truth of Ephesians 6 to our families.

Garry agreed to come early and preach at our services the weekend before.  Then, throughout the week he kindly visited various ministries within our church: men?s groups, youth events, recovery ministry, staff meetings, etc.  Finally, he ran the half-day conference on Saturday, where he was able to share Biblical and practical insights for our families.

We very much appreciated Garry?s down-to-earth and honest demeanor.  He is not afraid to deal with difficult topics but does it with a gracious heart.  We also very much appreciate his passion to preach true transformation instead of watering down what the Lord can do in our lives.  He has awealth of wisdom regarding LGBT issues, but also expertise in men?s and women?s issues, family/parenting, church leadership, and much more.  We were grateful for the time he spent with us.?

- Pastor Justin

Our longing is to be poured out by God in equipping and supporting hundreds, and even thousands, of local churches and Christian communities across the country, and beyond. To build a ?tool-chest? of essential, compassionate, biblical resources for pastors and Christians to make use of.

After three-years, our weekly podcast reach continues to increase and impact more people, and we are soon expanding into live-online training and Q & A, as well as growing our evergreen teaching content and resources for the purpose of 24/7 availability anywhere in the world.

Vision for 2026 (& Beyond): Urgent Multiplication Ahead

We?re positioning for national (and targeted international) impact:

The infrastructure is in place. The doors are open. And we couldn?t be more excited for the hope and transformation we get to share ? all because of Jesus and His work of redemption. He didn?t only save us to get us out of hell and into heaven one day ? He saved us to give us ?life more abundant? in this life (John 10:10).

How You Can Stand with Us in This Pivotal Season

The Race Continues

Like Paul, we press on?not in our strength, but His. As I turned 60 in October, I feel more urgency than ever to be poured out while God provides open doors of ministry. He has graciously given me an abundance of energy and passion for this work. The Church needs authentic communities where people are fully known and fully loved. The world offers counterfeits; we offer the real feast in Christ.

Thank you for running with us. Your partnership makes every step possible?especially in moments like this when God brings unexpected provision to fuel the mission.

The best is yet to come,

Reverend Garry Ingraham

Executive Director Transforming Congregations

P.S. As mentioned above, stay tuned for information about a new Matching Gift Challenge. We are still putting together the details and the amount of the initial Challenge, but we?ll be sending that information out in the very near future for you to consider supporting.
